It emphasizes the most successful areas of digitalizing personnel development processes: recruitment, training and professional development of employees, employee and client communication. The conclusion is drawn that improving the quality and speed of remote communication with clients leads to an increase in client capital and promotes enhanced customer orientation, company image, and competitiveness. The article highlights the growing role and effectiveness of analytics in a digitalized environment, which is essential for making competent and efficient management decisions based on rapid access to enterprise data, simplified information processing, and the efficient handling of large volumes of information.
