The journal is a scientific publication based on the principles of open science. It provides unrestricted and free online access to all publications in accordance with the standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Readers are free to view, download and distribute the materials. A key feature is the absence of article processing charges (APCs): submission, peer review and publication are entirely free of charge for authors. Electronic versions of the materials are available in the ‘Archive’ section.
All editorial and organisational costs are covered by institutional support from the National Transport University.
