Abstract
Modern economic methodology is undergoing profound changes due to scientific and technological progress and the complexity of socio-economic systems. Economic science is experiencing a crisis (military actions, pandemic), and requires new approaches to research. Methodology is considered as a multidimensional structure that combines philosophical foundations, scientific and cognitive principles, categorical apparatus and methodological tools. It is noted that within modern economic science, methodology is an integral basis that forms a research position, influences the construction of hypotheses, determines the limits of the validity of results and ensures compliance between the goal of research and the means of achieving it. Economic methodology should take into account not only economic, but also social, cultural and ethical factors, emphasizing the importance of integrating different disciplines for a deeper understanding of processes. This allows us to consider economic phenomena in the context of broader socio-cultural and moral aspects. Modern methods of personnel management aimed at increasing the efficiency and stability of transport enterprises in the conditions of constant change and high competition are considered. Attention is focused on the relevance of personnel research due to the rapid development of technologies and economic instability. Methods such as the competency approach, talent development and management, individualization of training, adaptive productivity management and the creation of an effective corporate culture, the introduction of digital technologies are analyzed. Digitalization is a key trend in the modern business environment, which necessitates the transformation of approaches to personnel management in transport enterprises. The introduction of digital solutions in personnel management is a guarantee of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. It is emphasized that these methods not only correspond to modern trends, but also contribute to the formation of a sustainable, adaptive and competitive organization. The introduction of innovative approaches to personnel management is a strategic necessity for enterprises that seek to increase their competitiveness and stability in a dynamic market.
