THE ROLE OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE FORMATION OF THE VALUE OF A TRANSPORT COMPLEX ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF ACTIVATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES AND FULL-SCALE WAR

Abstract

The article reveals the essence and special role of intellectual capital in the formation of the value of the enterprise of the transport complex. Attention is paid to the relationship between the concepts of intellectual capital and business reputation. The components of intellectual capital that form the value of the enterprise are characterized. The main tasks of managing the market value of enterprises in the context of the development of intellectual capital in the conditions of the activation of innovative activities and the post-war recovery of the country's economy are outlined. The purpose of the article is to study the available theoretical approaches to the definition of the category "intellectual capital", its role in the formation of the value of the enterprise of the transport complex. Consideration of approaches to the structure of the category, and research of existing main approaches to the assessment of the intellectual capital of the enterprise. Research methods. During the research, the method of scientific abstraction was used - to clarify the essence of the category "intellectual capital"; the method of generalization - to distinguish the stages of the research of intellectual capital issues; the method of analysis and synthesis - when determining the mechanisms of influence of intellectual capital on the economic development of society. the role of intellectual capital in the formation of the value of the enterprise of the transport complex, the generalization method (for summarizing the content and determining the essence of the intellectual capital of enterprises, building its structure and formulating conclusions). The composition of the economic category "intellectual potential" was determined, based on the generalization of characteristics based on scientific developments of researchers regarding effective management at the enterprise. It was found that the existing contradictions between the object and the subject in the process of managing intellectual potential should be resolved with the help of economic tools: the goal, purpose, principles, methods, methods and indicators of evaluating the enterprise's work
