ENSURING COMPETITIVENESS AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Today, in the context of large-scale digitalization of most areas of economic activity, the use of modern information technologies is becoming the main factor in ensuring the competitiveness and economic security of enterprises. The article examines the current state of implementation of basic information and communication tools and technologies by enterprises in Ukraine. The share of enterprises that use ERP systems, cloud computing, social media, “big data” technologies and artificial intelligence in their activities is given. The main areas of use of modern information technologies by transport enterprises are indicated and their impact on ensuring competitiveness and economic security are substantiated. Possible risks associated with data collection and protection are analyzed, as well as prospects for the development of further implementation of information and communication technologies and tools
