MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE NORMATIVE MONETARY VALUATION LEVEL AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Kostiantyn Mamonov Vasyl Goi Ernest Shterndok Oleksii Voronkov

Abstract

A pressing issue is to determine the impact of regional development factors on the level of normative monetary valuation based on the application of mathematical modelling tools. The study achieved its goal of determining the impact of factors on the level of normative monetary valuation of land using mathematical modelling tools to develop measures to improve land use efficiency. The following tasks were accomplished: determining the level of normative monetary valuation of land at the regional level; characterising the factors that influence the formation and use of normative monetary valuation; developing mathematical models of the impact of factors on the level of normative monetary valuation of regions. As a result of the study, the low impact of the level of land use and investment attractiveness on the formation of the normative monetary valuation was determined. This is due to ambiguous trends in the formation and application of the investment attractiveness of land, a decline in investment activity and the attitude of domestic and international investors, a reduction in the level of land use efficiency, and the growing impact of aggressive military actions. Based on this, it is necessary to develop and implement measures to increase the normative monetary valuation of land and, in the sphere of its application, to implement measures aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of land and the level of its efficient use.
