TRANSFER OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS TO RECLAMATION OF LAND DISTURBED AS A RESULT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WELL TO THE TERRAIN

Viacheslav Frolov Vladimir Kasyanov Oleksandr Frolov Darina Hryzodub

Abstract

The relevance of the topic of research on the transfer of project decisions on reclamation of land disturbed as a result of the construction of the well to the terrain. The theoretical and methodological developments presents directions and features of land management design with the implementation of working projects. However, it requires further improvement of the transfer of project decisions on reclamation of land disturbed as a result of the construction of the well to the terrain. The purpose of the study was achieved regarding the development of technological scheme for the transfer of project solutions for reclamation of land disturbed as a result of the construction of the well to the terrain. It is determined that the design solutions determined by the working project of land management for the reclamation of the broken land provided for the arrangement of the drilling ground, the placement of drilling equipment and the drilling of reconnaissance wells are subject to periodic supervision and control. The author's supervision over the implementation of the working project of land management on the reclamation of the violated land is carried out by the developers of documentation on land management and provides for the verification of the completeness and quality of the implementation of measures, separate decisions provided by the project documentation, as well as the requirements of regulatory acts on land management. The terms of the author's supervision over the implementation of land management projects are determined in accordance with the schedule of land management project. The results obtained during the author's supervision of the implementation of the land management project are recorded in the magazine of the copyright supervision of the implementation of land management projects. The magazine supervision of the project of land management is maintained in accordance with the procedure approved in existing legislation. As a result of the analysis of the existing theoretical and methodological and legislative support the directions and features of land management design, development of working projects and the formation of design decisions on reclamation of disturbed land. The technological scheme of transfer of project solutions to nature (on the ground) was developed, taking into account the directions of land use and influence on land cover. Improvement of work design makes it possible to increase the efficiency of land management work, to ensure the implementation of measures to increase the quality characteristics of land resources
