It was determined that the main methods of interaction of the National Transport University with stakeholders are the use of stakeholders as a base of practice for higher education applicants under cooperation agreements; the creation of branches of NTU departments and laboratories on their basis; the creation of educational scientific and production complexes (specialist training centers); the involvement of practicing professionals in the educational process and holding one-time lectures; conducting field trips to production; conducting joint courses for advanced training of specialists; involving stakeholders in groups providing educational programs at the university; involving representatives of specialized departments and organizations in the process of attestation of applicants. The main measures have been developed that will promote the development of cooperation between higher education institutions and external stakeholders, which include: holding joint round tables on a regular basis; master classes for participants in the educational process; involving stakeholders in official events dedicated to open days, career events; developing joint programs of dual and non-formal education
