PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE THEORY OF ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT SERVICES

Abstract

This article covers key aspects of personnel management in the context of the theory of organization and development of international transport services. Special attention is paid to the analysis of modern challenges related to personnel management and the development of recommendations for the implementation of innovative approaches to personnel management in the context of globalization and digitalization. The article is devoted to topical issues of personnel management in the context of the theory of organization and development of international transport services. The paper considers key challenges faced by transport companies, such as globalization, digitalization, changes in technologies and the need to comply with international standards. Special attention is paid to innovative approaches to personnel management, in particular the use of HR technologies, adaptation to a multicultural environment, improving employee skills and motivating personnel. Methodological recommendations are proposed for the implementation of effective personnel management to increase the competitiveness and adapt enterprises to dynamic market changes
