INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION BY ELECTRIC VEHICLES: ADVANTAGES OF USING THE MODULAR PRINCIPLE OF SECTIONAL RELEASE AND BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the development of the production and operation of electric buses in international transportation. The latest electric buses with modern equipment play a special role. The use of electric buses in international transportation is gaining popularity due to their numerous advantages. This new form of transport opens up new opportunities for reducing the impact on the environment and improving air quality. At the same time, there are certain challenges that require attention when switching to electric buses on international routes. The object of the research is the development of electric buses for international transportation. The purpose of the work is to study the impact of electric buses on the environment and the effectiveness of their use in international transportation. Research methods - statistical and comparative methods. An analysis of the transition to electric buses in Ukraine was carried out. A comparative analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of electric buses was carried out. An analysis of the ways of development of electric buses in the world was carried out. Based on the analyzed data, ways of popularization and development of electric buses in Ukraine were proposed
