Abstract
The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digitalization on the efficiency of small businesses in Ukraine, which is a crucial component of the country’s economy. The study identifies key challenges, such as low digital literacy among entrepreneurs, limited financial resources, insufficient access to modern technologies in regions, and increasing cybersecurity risks. At the same time, it highlights significant advantages offered by digital technologies, including cost optimization, process automation, improved customer service, and opportunities to enter new markets. The article analyzes examples of successful implementation of digital solutions by Ukrainian companies. In particular, the case of «Nova Poshta» demonstrates how automating logistics processes and integrating a mobile application helped reduce order processing time, improve service quality, and increase customer loyalty. Another example is the introduction of contactless delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic, which became a key element in adapting to new realities. The study also explores the role of e-commerce platforms and social networks, which provide small businesses with access to international markets and expand their customer base. Special attention is paid to the importance of government initiatives in supporting small businesses through digital services, training programs, and grant assistance to encourage technology adoption. The authors emphasize that the implementation of CRM systems, cloud services, and analytical tools allows businesses not only to increase productivity but also to manage resources efficiently and develop long-term customer relationships. Recommendations are proposed for small businesses on integrating digital solutions into daily operations, considering the need for staff training, developing cybersecurity strategies, and optimizing costs. The article emphasizes that digitalization is not only a tool for adapting to modern challenges but also a powerful driver of growth and innovation
