SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article examines the current state of the transport industry. A comparative analysis of the existing state and parameters of the transport infrastructure was carried out. The survey conducted in October 2022 showed that 66% of transport industry enterprises suffered direct losses as a result of hostilities, of which 55% assessed the level of damage as significant, 42% as insignificant, and 3% considered recovery impossible or impractical. results, it was established that the quality management of transport services is a determining aspect for raising the competitiveness of the transport sector of Ukraine. Businesses that provide high-quality services usually have an advantage in the market. The competitiveness of the enterprise can be ensured by the quality of its products and services. The article defines the parameters of effective management of the quality of transport services. Effective management of the quality of transport services requires taking into account various parameters to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, optimize production processes and increase competitiveness. It was determined that service quality management is aimed at meeting the needs and expectations of customers. Providing high-quality services helps to increase the level of customer satisfaction, which in turn increases their loyalty and the possibility of repeated use of services. Based on this, criteria for evaluating the quality of transport services were formed
