FACTORS OF FORMATION AND ASSESSMENT OF THE LOGISTICS POTENTIAL OF ROAD CARRIERS OF CONCRETE MIXTURES IN URBAN AGGLOMERATION

Serhiy Tsymbal Tamara Makarova Vyacheslav Varchuk

Abstract

The theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of the logistics potential of enterprises specializing in the transportation of concrete mixtures in the city of Vinnytsia are studied. The authors have clarified the essence of the concept of "logistics potential" through the prism of the time determinant and the physicochemical properties of the cargo. A mathematical model for assessing logistics capacity is proposed, which takes into account the temperature coefficient and the specifics of urban traffic (load on bridge crossings). The structure of logistics potential is substantiated, which includes infrastructure, spatial, resource, digital and personnel components. It is proven that the synergy of these elements ensures the market adaptability of the carrier and increases the economic efficiency of using specialized rolling stock by 15-20%
