The article examines key challenges and innovative trends in freight forwarding operations under conditions of globalization, digitalization, and increasing environmental requirements. It defines the role of technological innovations (AI, blockchain, IoT) in enhancing logistics efficiency. The impact of environmental standards on industry transformation is analyzed, particularly the transition to green technologies and route optimization. Adaptation strategies for geopolitical risks and pandemic-related restrictions are explored. Priority areas for infrastructure improvement and supply chain management are identified. Research Object - Contemporary trends and challenges in freight forwarding activities. Research Purpose - Analysis of industry challenges and justification of development prospects. Research Methods - System analysis, comparative assessment, SWOT analysis
