Kostiantyn Mamonov Viacheslav Frolov Vladimir Kasyanov

Abstract

It is proved that the urgent issue is the separation of directions and features of development of a working project for reclamation of disturbed land as a result of construction. As a result of the systematization of theoretical provisions, the directions and peculiarities of land reclamation are defined, which is carried out on the basis of development of working projects of land management. The purpose of the study has been achieved regarding the definition of directions and features of development of a working project of land management for reclamation of disturbed land as a result of construction. The proposed directions and the features of development of a working project of land management for reclamation of disturbed land as a result of construction are distinguished. The technical and agrotechnical stages of reclamation of disturbed land are characterized. On the basis of the received spatial information, a working project is developed, which includes: general part (basic terms and their definition; basic information about the object of land management; conditions for removal and transfer of soil cover; approval and approval of land management documentation); characteristics of natural and agroclimatic conditions (relief; moisture conditions); materials of soil surveys (soil-agrochemical characteristics of the land plot; information of agricultural production groups of soils; information on sections; agrochemical passport of the field; scheme of location of soil cuts); materials of geodetic surveys and land management design (geodetic works, copies of extracts of coordinates of DGM points; scheme of attachment of planned justification of the points of the DGM; scheme of theodolithic course; information balance of the networks of polygonometry and theodolithic passages); design solutions (technical reclamation; substantiation of a set of measures and volume of work on technical reclamation; calculations of volumes of work on technical reclamation; biological reclamation; substantiation of a complex of measures and volume of work of biological reclamation; calculations of volumes of work on biological reclamation; calendar); soil protection; safety and labor protection; plans of projected measures (technological scheme of removal of fertile soil; technological scheme for the return of the fertile soil layer); materials of transfer of the project to nature (marking drawing); Calculations of estimated value
