Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the state of a complex dynamic system covering the infrastructure of building structures and highways in Ukraine, which now reflect the life cycles of passenger and cargo transportation in the conditions of three years of damaged ecology as a result of military operations. The aim of the work is to develop a technology for automation and digitalization of problem-situational tasks of phased construction of highways and road construction for the needs of leading polyergatic industries that create innovative products, complex structural materials, and energy mobile engines for future technological and natural complexes in accordance with international standards with the European Union
