Kostiantyn Mamonov Ernest Shterndok Roman Vyatkin

Abstract

Regulatory support for the organization of distribution and efficient use of land to improve the quality of life of the population and production. To determine the practical aspects of land management, design is carried out. In the land management system, evaluative procedures for the use of land are carried out, which is proposed to determine urban planning. Legislative acts are used to carry out land management. Urban development is used to form complete and reliable information in the context of land management, and evaluative procedures for determining it in the land use system are formed. The purpose of the study has been achieved regarding the definition of parameters of urban planning for land management design for territorial development of land use. On the basis of the formed town planning support, a multi -level system of indicators of evaluation of the level of efficiency of land use for land management design is built. Urban planning of land management design, which is based on the systematization of regulatory support, generalization of existing theoretical provisions and official data of Internet resources. Urban planning provides an opportunity to develop a quantitative basis for land management design, to expand the range of factors that influence this process
