SPATIAL AND ECOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF LAND MANAGEMENT DESIGN

Roman Vyatkin Kostiantyn Mamonov Ernest Shterndok Artem Korohodin

Abstract

It is proved that modern methods and models of land management are used for the development and organization of land use at the regional level. In order to increase the efficiency of land management design, it is necessary to form and implement the directions of creation and use of its spatial and environmental support. The work has been achieved regarding the definition of spatial and ecological support of land management design. Implemented research tasks: characteristics of spatial support of land management design; substantiation of environmental support of land management design. The spatial provision of land management consists of cartographic and geodetic provision of land use and is characterized by appropriate levels. Spatial support also includes the functional parameters of land use, which are related to their typological characteristics, results of inventory and soil boning, establishing boundaries of territories defined by value parameters of land resources.Ecological support of land management design is proposed: the state of the environment or its objects; formed biological diversity and its components, including genetically modified organisms and their interaction with objects of the environment; the influence of factors, materials, substances, products, energy, physical factors (noise, vibration, electromagnetic radiation, radiation) on the state of the environment and human health; identified threats to the occurrence and causes of environmental emergencies, the results of the elimination of these phenomena; implementation of recommendations on measures aimed at reducing their negative impact on natural objects and human health; availability of developed environmental forecasts, plans and programs, measures, including administrative, which influence the state environmental policy, legislation on environmental protection; implementation of costs related to the implementation of environmental measures at the expense of environmental protection funds, other sources of financing; the results of economic analysis conducted in the decision-making process on environmental issues; coefficients that take into account the environmental value of water bodies. As a result of the study, the need to form the spatial and ecological support of land management. Characterized elements and directions of formation of spatial and ecological support of land management design, which ensured its efficiency in the context of territorial development of land use of regions for sustainable development of the state
