PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF LAND MANAGEMENT DESIGN

Abstract

In modern conditions, transformation processes in the field of land relations, characterized by imbalance of stakeholder relations, slowing or reducing the efectivity of land use, influence of aggressive actions and situations related to military status, internal disproportions, are taking place. In addition, it is necessary to indicate the inhibition of territorial development of land use. The goal has been achieved to distinguish practical aspects of land management. The following tasks are solved: defined directions of formation of quantitative basis for decision -making in the system of land use; described documents used for land design; Practical aspects of land use organization are highlighted. In the system of land management design, practical aspects of the organization of land use, which consist of a system of stakeholder relations between interested persons: state institutions; local state authorities; representatives of territorial communities; Organization projects operating in the field of land relations; enterprises that carry out their activity in terms of distribution and use of land; security organizations; financial and credit organizations; armed forces; organizations that provide information policy; natural persons interacting in the field of land relations; other legal entities that interact in the field of land relations; Other stakeholders that interact in the field of land relations.Practical aspects of land management design, which are determined by functional, factor, regulatory, organizational directions and parameters affecting the use of land and territorial development, are distinguished. It is determined that in order to ensure green management design it is proposed to form a quantitative basis for the level of land use for decision-making in the context of balanced functional, spatial, urban planning, environmental, investment factors
