DIRECTIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF LAND USE TO RESTORE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Vasyl Goi Kostiantyn Mamonov Natalia Teliura Yevhen Nelin

Abstract

It is established that the formation and implementation of land relations is influenced by the processes of construction of transport infrastructure, which acts as a circulatory vessel of the economy of the state. The formation of transport infrastructure depends on land use. Transformation processes occurring in the field of land relations require rethinking approaches to increasing efficiency of land use of transport infrastructure at the regional level. At the present stage, the state of land relations are characterized by ambiguous trends. In particular, there is a reduction in the level of acreage, the main indicators of the functioning of transport infrastructure are slowed down, the effects of hostilities are influenced, the level of investment attractiveness of land, the development of territories, regional disproportions occur. Increase the problematic aspects of reducing environmental and safety. As a result of the study, the purpose was to determine the directions of formation of ecological support of land use to restore the transport infrastructure of the regions. Tasks set out to: determine the impact of the effects of aggression on land use at the regional level; Substantiation of ecological directions of land use to restore transport infrastructure. The factors that determine the deepening of crisis due to the consequences of Russian aggression in the field of land use of transport infrastructure of regions and environmental safety. In order to make sound decisions in the field of land use of transport infrastructure, taking into account environmental directions, it is proposed to form a quantitative basis, which is based on the application of approaches to land valuation, land improvements, real estate as a whole. The directions of use of mathematical modeling tools need to be further improved. The formation of a modern system of land relations is determined by the need for the use of geoinformation systems and the further development of processes of regulation of evaluation activity. Defined directions for ensuring the reconstruction of transport infrastructure that take into account the consequences of aggressive actions, peculiarities of land use and formation of environmental safety at the regional level
