Oleksandr Gryshchuk Anatoliі Handziuk Yana Horbachova

Abstract

In this article, the authors, based on an analysis of the content of qualification requirements and training programs for specialists in the technical field in vocational and technical institutions, in higher educational institutions, guided by the requirements for qualification characteristics, and based on an analysis of experience in intensification of the educational process in the field of educational technical disciplines, have developed a methodological approach to training relevant specialists in a reasonably short time for conditions of martial law in the country, a pandemic, and other force majeure situations in the regional dimension. The need to intensify the educational process in the technical field of sciences in the conditions of a special period in the country consists of: firstly, in the accelerated training of specialists in the technical field, mainly in the construction, operation, and repair of equipment samples that will be involved in eliminating negative consequences (destruction of infrastructure facilities) in a special period; secondly, in the rapid staffing of newly created structures involved in eliminating negative consequences with specialists; thirdly, in the need to quickly master the latest equipment that will come from partner countries and put it into operation. The application of the methodological approach to training specialists in the technical profile proposed by the authors in military educational institutions of various levels of military education will ensure a reasonable reduction in the terms of training specialists in accordance with the qualification requirements of the “Customer” for the study and development of both domestic samples of industrial equipment and technology, and samples supplied by partner countries under the program of international technical assistance and cooperation with foreign enterprises
