In 2023, a joint Department of System Design of Transport Infrastructure Facilities and Geodesy was established on the basis of the Department of Road Design, Geodesy and Land Management and the Department of Airports. The ways of the departmen's development are determined, taking into account all its components, educational and scientific activities are analyzed
