IDENTIFICATION OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT FACTORS IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT AND ADAPTATION OF LOGISTICS PROVIDERS’ STRATEGIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of environmental factors on the process of strategy formation by logistics providers in Ukraine. The work contains a classification of external factors, analyzed trends regarding the growing influence of their importance on the processes of strategic management and ensuring the long-term sustainability of transport and logistics companies of Ukraine. The mechanism of identification and analysis of the development of events in the external environment that affect the strategic management of a logistics enterprise is considered, which involves scanning, forecasting and evaluating the impact of each trend on the organization. Forecasting methods that can be used by the enterprise to predict changes in the external environment are characterized. Strategic approaches of responding to changes in environmental factors by a logistics enterprise have been determined
