DEVELOPMENT A SOFTWARE FOR SPATIAL DATA VERIFICATION FOR ROAD NETWORK SPATIAL MODELLING

Mykhailo Dulia

Abstract

The article describes the stages of creating an information and analytical system for verifying and correcting the results of field work related to the determination of spatial coordinates and linear references of highways. Technical accounting and certification of highways are carried out in order to obtain reliable information on the presence of roads and road structures and other road infrastructure located within the roadway, their parameters and technical condition, which makes it possible to justify and rationally plan the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of roads. In the course of the work, based on previous experience and analysis, the research objectives were formulated. The solution of the tasks is associated with the automation of the process of vector constructions on the coordinate plane, or three-dimensional images. To solve the tasks in the process of creating an analytical system, separate functions were programmed. To create the main menu and submenus of the software interface, these functions were combined into groups. The proposed method and the developed information-analytical system make it possible to provide road industry specialists with a tool for checking and correcting the results of field work related to the determination of spatial coordinates and linear references (km+); to obtain budgetary savings (due to the refusal to purchase licenses for foreign analogues and the cost of their modernization to the requirements of current regulatory documents); save working time (by automating the process of verification and correction); prevent low-quality services for determining spatial coordinates during road certification
