Abstract
The relevance and necessity of developing directions for ensuring the geospatial development of territorial communities on the basis of scientifically based recommendations has been proven. The goal of the research on the development of scientifically based recommendations for ensuring the geospatial development of territorial communities has been achieved. The following tasks were solved: the directions of growth of the factors of ensuring the geospatial development of territorial communities were determined; the geospatial toolkit for ensuring the geospatial development of territorial communities is substantiated. Geospatial development of territorial communities is considered as a systemic category defined by a complex of functional, spatial, urban planning, ecological, regulatory, security, investment, stakeholder, infrastructural, social, innovative factors and aimed at forming a better environment for the functioning of territorial communities. Scientifically based recommendations regarding the provision of geospatial development of territorial communities, which are based on the results of integral assessment, mathematical modeling and forecasting of factors, have been further developed, which made it possible to determine the directions of provision of geospatial provision, to develop geo-informational monitoring maps and an organizational-spatial mechanism, taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of territorial communities and regional aspects of their activities
