TENDENTIONS OF WORKERS CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON NATIONAL FACILITIES

Abstract

In this article showed analysis of country’s population employment level and established features of personnel policy on national facilities. It is noted, that Ukrainian companies work in mode of saving competition due to self-cost reduction and with keeping balance between lack of personal and unbalanced costs on paying for the work. Factores were studied, that influence on worker’s professional development and his career rise. Analyzed changes of dreams for the career and its significance for and individual. In modern terms, the first priority is providing themselves with possibility of self-expression with career’s help. Noted, that national facilities become more and more open and oriented on projected doing their job. In this terms key elements are commands and between commands bosses and their workers form some partner relationship. Founded out, that future skills can be divided into three categories: professional skills (hard skills), social skills (soft skills) and lifelong learning skills (lifelong learning). So, the most demanded among employers are skills like: emotional intellect, communication, team working, analytical thinking, possibility to solve complex problems, ability to learn quick, adaptability, strategic thinking, initiative, responsibility. Between thse skills, lack of which can feel young employees, point out: public speaking, reasoning and making decisions, IT-literacy, ability to work under pressure, conflict management and negotiation skills. Article suggests system of teaching staff – the most actual ways and forms of teaching which is certainly important in modern terms
