THE ROLE OF ECONOMIC SECURITY IN THE NATIONAL SECURITY SYSTEM

The article examines the factors that determine the special place of economic security among other types of the national security system. Ukraine faced a problem, which consists in a certain contradiction between the need to integrate into the world economy, on the one hand, and to ensure internal economic integration, protection of its domestic market, its own producer and national interests, on the other. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the world economy continues to be an arena of conflict between the interests of different countries. Therefore, only the creation of one's own system of economic security will make it possible to avoid the potential destructive consequences of the rapid opening of external access to the national economy, ensure its competitiveness, protect the domestic producer and effectively interact with international financial and economic institutions
