The article defines the directions of modeling the influence of the integral indicator of the formation and use of intellectual capital on generalizing criteria of competitiveness and investment attractive ness of construction enterprises. A high level of influence of the integral indicator of the formation and use of intellectual capital on the level of competitiveness is established. It is proved that the investment attractiveness at a low level is determined by the directions of formation and use of the intellectual capital of construction enterprises. The results of modeling have formed the basis for the growth of the level of competitiveness and investment attractiveness through the adoption of sound management decisions.
