НОВІ ВИМОГИ ЄС ЩОДО РОЗВИТКУ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ АВТОМОБІЛЬНИХ ДОРІГ

Розглянута поточна ситуація щодо створення безпечних і надійних зон паркування вантажних транспортних засобів у Європі. Здійснений аналіз європейських нормативних актів щодо управління безпекою дорожньої інфраструктури, специфікації зон паркування вантажних автомобілів, режимів часу праці та відпочинку водія, а також українського законодавства щодо цих питань. Надані рекомендації відповідно можливих заходів щодо удосконалення законодавства України в частині ство рення SSTPA з огляду на Угоду про Асоціацію Україна – ЄС (Угода). Здійснено аналіз доповідей Міжнародного союзу автомобільного транспорту (IRU) щодо про екту профінансованого Європейським Союзом стосовно безпечних і надійних зон для паркування (Safe and secure truck parking areas (SSTPA)) для вантажних транспортних засобів в Європі та підсумкового звіту про дослідження безпечних та безпечних місць паркування вантажівок в ЄС.
